Office Hours
Dr. Harper's office is open Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Patients are seen by appointment only. There is no fee for a consultation. An attempt is made to arrange a convenient time for the patient. The value of the patient's time is recognized and every effort is made to keep waiting time to a minimum.
Location
